Bio
Born in 1984, Audrey Guillemenot is a French self-taught artist based in Tonnerre, France.
Since 2014, she has been developing an ongoing, large-scale body of work centered on the recurring figure of the chihuahua. Through repetition, discipline, and sustained engagement, her practice explores emotional states, intuitive gesture, and the subtle discoveries that emerge through long-term commitment. The chihuahua serves as both subject and mirror, reflecting resilience, fragility, and the evolving inner landscape of the artist.
Her work has been presented in group exhibitions in Paris, including Galerie LE 26 and Galerie Artame, and was featured in a charity auction at Millon Paris in 2016.
